WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AN ORIGINAL WORK & LIMITED EDITION ART PRINT?
The original work is unique and is designed entirely by hand. The Art Print is a copy of the original work duplicated to a specific number and is more affordable. It is signed by hand and numbered. Both come with a certificate of authenticity.
CAN I REQUEST A SPECIAL ORDER?
On request depending on the project. However, during the year 2024, I will not accept personalized orders with portraits of specific people. You can contact me at info@cynthiacoulombebegin.com

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?Â
The products in the online store come from different suppliers in Canada and the United States, including my workshop in Quebec. Each product has its own delivery policy, all of which is indicated on the product page.
RETURN POLICY
Delivery at the customer's expense and possibility of returning it to the studio free of charge. Refund upon receipt of the product in impeccable condition within 30 days of your purchase, with a receipt or proof of purchase.
